Taylor Swift might not be on the Coachella bill this year, but her festival ‘fits got plenty of attention during the first weekend. When the 34-year-old star wasn’t snuggling up against Kansas City Chiefs boo Travis Kelce at the Indio, California, music festival this Saturday, she was busy turning heads with an edgy, all-black look. And I’m here with great news for all of us non-celebs: The cutest part of her outfit, IMHO, is affordable and available (for now!): the Breezeful™ High Waisted Pleated Adjustable Buckle Mini Skirt from TikTok-viral brand Halara (currently on sale for $35).
Swift was spotted in the tenniscore-inspired skort—which, yes, has built-in shorts ideal for jumping around at a concert (and being lifted into the air, if that’s your thing)—at her pal Ice Spice’s set on Saturday and later at the A-list-only Neon Carnival afterparty. She wore it with an oversized patent leather jacket, a Stella McCartney shoulder bag, and a baseball cap commemorating New Heights (the Kelce brothers’ podcast).
What made Swift’s skirt especially recognizable to Halara fans is the unique built-in leg garter featuring an adjustable silver buckle and the peek-a-boo cutout above the left leg. (The skort also sports a hidden pocket for stashing keys or a credit card.) It’s giving just the right amount of sexy while also being totally functional.
Perhaps best of all, though, the Halara skort is made with the brand’s Breezeful fabric, which is a sweat-wicking, four-way stretch material that’ll keep you cool and comfortable whether you’re taking to the court or the club… or a very hot music festival.
Though Swift wore the black version, the skort is available in 10 different colors and comes in a variety of sizes, from XS and up to 3X. And with a 4.5-star rating (out of 5) with over 1,000 reviews on the Halara site, it might just warrant a spot in your athleisure (and everyday and going-out…) rotation this summer.
While Swift dialed up the look with full glam (á la her signature red lip combo) and $913 Gucci leather sneakers, you could go for a totally preppy vibe with a classic pair of tennis shoes and a pinky Kosas lipstick.
