    Why am I suffering from autumn hair loss? Is it normal? You might be filled with questions relating to the condition of your hair when autumn arrives. 
    Seasonal hair loss is not a new thing; it has puzzled men and women alike for years. Hair loss in autumn is a special case though. It seems to be a bigger issue than any other seasons in a year. This makes tiny micropunctures along the scalp to stimulate blood circulation along with your body’s natural healing response. It’s a bit more intensive, but if you don’t mind a little discomfort, it’s very effective.     Avoid hard diets

    This is one of the common culprits to hair loss that is not directly impacted by seasonal factors. Therefore, you should avoid this whenever possible. When you take on hard diets, your body is deprived of the essential nutrients it needs to function. Hair loss is just a manifestation of the lack of nutrients.
    So, make sure you’re eating plenty of hair-loving nutrients. Foods rich in protein, vitamins, and antioxidants are all essential. These will fight free radicals and strengthen your hair strands.But the foods you avoid are just as important.     • Avoid Over-Washing: Washing too often strips your scalp of the natural oils that keep it strong. Reduce hair-washing frequency, even if you have a hair-loss-specific shampoo, as too much of a good thing can be harmful in this case.
